Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
An STA is required because of the short duration of the required operations to be performed. An extension is requested to allow completion of system commissioning testing and initial experimentation delayed by ongoing global supply chain issues.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing equipment. The authorization will be used for the initial commissioning, testing, and operation of a 5G laboratory being established to develop 5G solutions for military shipboard and pierside applications. The system will be operated on a non-interference basis at the lowest possible power level and antenna height indoors only to minimize interference potential outside the facility.
