Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
As a SATCOM system integrator, we occasionally test and evaluate satcom ground stations terminals. These products are typically comms on the pause or on the move. When we do transmit from these terminals for testing the assets, we want to adhere to safety and rules and regulation for transmitting at SHF and work towards a permanent license if need be.

Purpose of Operation
