Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
We are testing a newly designed radar system and were requested to experiment with our system in support for US Army Operational Test Command at Ft Huachuca, AZ. Exercise dates 3-20 April, 2023. All operations are being conducted in accordance with US Army Operational Test Command and at the unclassified level. Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the experiment is to see if our system signal is detected by US Army Operational Test Command equipment. The waveform being generated is a generic pulse with no data attached and is not intended to be specific to any other system.
