Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Herrick Technologies Laboratories (HTL) will be supporting the Vanguard23 event taking place at Ft. Huachuca, AZ, from 3 - 14 April 2023. The government sponsor for this experimental event has asked HTL to transmit signals of interest at this event.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The Vanguard23 sponsor has requested HTL support to transmit simulated threat signals using our tactical threat emitter hardware. Signals of interest include: Radar 7 GSR 9.4-9.6 GHz Radar 9 Battlefield Surveillance (x-band) 6.2-10.9 GHz Radio 1 40 - 50 MHz Radio 2 30 - 40 MHz PROFORMA 2 148 - 150 MHz PROFORMA 4 250 - 275 MHz
