Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a television microwave and communications equipment rental company which provides video, audio and communications for broadcast, satellite broadcast and cablecast of sporting and other events. Applicant has certain LTTS, BAS and private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, significant incumbent utilization of applicable BAS bands makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional channels in the 600MHz, 700MHz, 2.2GHz and 3GHz bands.
