Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary for specialtiy shallow depth field camera control of RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for televised entertainment events at indoor NBA basketball games during the period January 1, 2023 through June 18, 2023. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license and the markets where the NBA game arenas are located are extremely crowded in licensed LTTS bands, especially when these basketball games are nationally televised. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used inside the stadium only. See attached narrative.
