Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
STA is necessary in order to utilize experimental RF video cameras in connection with the production of video for televised entertainment events at the MLB National League Championship Series and the World Series during the period October 13 through 26, 2022. Insufficient video bandwidth channels exist in the frequency ranges for which the applicant has an LTTS license or otherwise, and video bandwidth channels are scarce, especially during the period in question. Exceptionally low transmitter power will be used and most operation will be inside the stadium only where there will be a high level of signal attenuation. See attached narrative.
