Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The experiment involves short-term testing that is not likely to last more than four months, making an STA more appropriate than a conventional experimental license.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of the instant experimental request is to gain a greater understanding of how the 6 GHz spectrum can be used for Wi-Fi operations. Specifically, FCL Tech is working with the University of California at San Diego to assess the impact of Wi-Fi Very Low Power operation on 6 GHz fixed microwave links. The venue is Mount Soledad in San Diego, California near the UCSD campus. We request permission to operate two Google Pixel phones in 5925-7125 MHz up to 24 dBm, in a one-mile radius, and up to 40m above ground level. The two phones would be communicating with each other at a short distance of less than one mile. The stop buzzer contact is Xinyu Zhang (858)209 9017.The purpose of the instant experimental request is to gain a greater understanding of how the 6 GHz spectrum can be used for Wi-Fi operations.
