Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
In response to congress, as an outreach to Academia, Harvard Universitys Galileo Project was established a year ago to conduct research on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena, or simply UAPs. A system of electronic systems an environmental monitors will be focused over the Atlantic Ocean and skyward in an attempt to learn and identify what technologies are being used in US Airspace. Our research will be concentrated over the Atlantic corridore, off Long Islands National Seashore. A major part of this research is using Marine based Radar over the ocean corridor. This research will be on going till the end of 2022.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  We would like to use a 36 Nautical Mile Raydome antenna based system from a point on the seashore of Robert Moses State Park on Fire Island, NY. We have permits from New Yorks Suffolk County Park to conduct a Scientific study overnight. The Radar antenna will be blocked from land by a back Reflector, only allowing a 65 degree sweep of Ocean.
