Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a company providing audio and communication equipment and services for broadcast, satellite broadcast, cablecast, and other large-scale events. Applicant has a BAS license for this purpose. However, the limited available BAS spectrum at the CMA Music Festival broadcast event location makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional spectrum in the 600MHz bands that is currently unused at this event location by its licensees.
