Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
RF Film Inc is filing an STA request to provide an aerial and terrestrial video links for the filming of the Red Bull Productions of “Plane Swap”. RF Film Inc submits that there are extraordinary circumstances warranting a grant of the STA request. Netflix Productions has contracted RF Film Inc to provide the necessary microwave links for RF video paths. Due to the extreme frequency congestion in the Eloy Arizona area, coupled with the added congestion from traditional Television and News coverage of special events in the area RF Film Inc. requests the use of a channel in the 2360 - 2390MHz , 1435 - 1525MHz Telemetry Bands

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  To provide an aerial and terrestrial video links for the filming of the Red Bull Productions. RF Film Inc. hereby requests Special Temporary Authority (STA) to operate in the 1435 - 1525MHz 2360 - 2390MHz telemetry band, pursuant to Section 21.25 of the Commission’s Rules. RF Film Inc. would submit for frequencies centered on 1439.000MHz, 1457.000MHz, 1475.000MHz, 1494.000MHz, 1504.000MHz all with an 8MHz bandwidth; 2368.000MHz, 2386.000MHz with 16MHz bandwidth from April 20, 2022 with intermittent usage and ceasing operation on April 25, 2022.
