Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This application proposes testing of an automobile race team operations communications system for voice communications between crew and race cars at a demonstration event in Miami Beach and a race environment at Austin, Texas during May and June of 2022. An STA is necessary because the system uses land mobile radio equipment that is not licenseable in the United States at the moment due to frequency ranges, and it is new technology under development.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing of automobile racing communications system involving race teams and race vehicles. Please see attached narrative.
