Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
uAvionix is developing Command & Control C-band airborne and ground radios for Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) in accordance with RTCA/DO-362A (performance standard for Control & Non-Payload Communication of UAS).

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  STA is intended to allow field testing of prototype C-band Command; Control airborne and ground radios utilizing six C-band frequencies.
