Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
The purpose of this STA is to request authorization from the FCC for Rhein Tech Laboratories, Inc. to demonstrate/operate a custom-built, drone-mounted radar system a limited number of times between August 1st, 2022, and December 1st, 2022, at either or both the Silver Flag Exercise Site or 9700 Area, both RDT&E facilities used by the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) and located about 10 miles east of Tyndall Air Force Base in Panama City, Florida.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The operation’s primary objective is to perform radar measurements with the custom-built, drone-mounted radar system in order to detect human respiration and heartbeats in an EOD cordon application with human participants, in order to demonstrate the efficacy of our design and fulfill the terms of our AFWERX SBIR contract with AFCEC.
