Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
To allow System Innovation Group to perform demonstrations of private LTE, UMTS and GSM wireless communication systems. To conduct the demonstrations the private LTE, UMTS, and GSM systems will need to operate in the commercial cellular bands.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstrate a complete all-in-one LTE, UMTS and GSM network solution providing voice, data, video, and messaging. The system supplies resource scheduling, allows for dynamic allocation of data resources to mobile devices, and efficiently utilizes bandwidth to allow more devices to access the network simultaneously and is compatible with commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) smartphones and tablets.
