Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Area-I has a contract from the US Navy. Under this contract Area-I needs to tests its SC4400 MIMO radios at ranges up to 20kms while airborne. Area-I is planning use a test site in conjunction with the Navy divisions located in Texas for first flight integration testing. The frequency band of operation will be 2380MHz (10MHz bandwidth). The maximum transmit power is 8 Watt.
