Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Astra Space manufactures and launches launch vehicles that take payloads to orbit. An STA is necessary to transmit telemetry in the unified S-Band frequencies (2200-2290 MHz). There are no radios on the launch vehicle that will be operated by Astra or any third party after it completes launch.

Please explain the purpose of operation:  This application is for the launch of Astras Rocket 3.3-series rocket, for launch attempts between March 1, 2022 and September 1, 2022.
