Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
This request is for temporary use of frequencies in the range of 2215 to 2245 MHz at various locations in southern California, Nevada and Utah. The purpose of the STA is for development, testing and demonstration of a unique airborne video production vehicle. The vehicle will operate at altitudes up to 400 feet above ground. It is contemplated that this activity will be carried out over a period of six months commencing in early April, 2012 and run through September, 30, 2012.
