INSTRUCTIONS FOR GENERATING THE TCB SEARCH REPORT

The following is a list of fields that may be used to query the FCC Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) Database using the TCB Search Report. One or more fields may be specified to limit the amount of data returned.


TCB Name: The Name of the TCB authorized to submit a filing. This is a wild card search on both sides of the Name entry.
Designated By: This drop down list contains the Designating Authority that has recommended the TCB be recognized by the FCC, based on an evaluation of the TCB.
TCB Login: The Login identifier used by the TCB. This is a wildcard search to the right of the Login entry.
FCC Registration Number (FRN): Enter the 10 digit code obtained when you or your business registered with FCC Commission Registration System (CORES). This is an exact match character search.
City: The City where the TCB is located. Enter the complete name or a portion of it. This is a wild card search on both sides of the City entry.
State: The State where the TCB is located.
Zip/Postal Code: The TCB's five or nine-digit zip code if the TCB is located in the United States or its territories. If the TCB is located in a foreign country and has a postal code, enter it in place of a zip code. This is a wild card search on both sides of the Zip Code entry.
Country: The Country where the TCB is located.
Approved Scope: This drop-down list contains all scopes under which equipment may be authorized. When selected, it will return all TCB applications that have been authorized under the specified scope.
Scope B1 Parts 22H/24E Handset Qualification: This search can be used to check for TCBs that have attended training and are eligible to review Part 22H and Part 24E handset applications.
General RF Exposure Qualified: This search can be used to check for TCBs that have attended training and are eligible to review applications requiring RF exposure data.
