INSTRUCTIONS FOR GENERATING SELECTED FCC OET REPORTS ITEMS

The following is a list of fields that may be used to query the FCC Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) Database. One or more fields may be specified to limit the amount of data returned. All data entered is case insensitive.

Registration Number:	Registration Number is given when the administrative portion was initially filed.
Test Firm Name:	Name of Test Firm. Wild card search to right and left of entered data.
City:	City where Test Firm is located. Wild card search to right and left of entered data.
State:	State where Test Firm is located.
Zip Code:	Zip code where the Test Firm is located. Wild card search to right and left of entered data.
Country:	Country where Test Firm is located.
Test Firm Type:	Options are 2.948 Contract or Accredited (Test Firm has received accreditation by a body recognized by the FCC).
Accredited By:	If an accredited Test Firm, name of Accrediting Body which is recognized by the FCC. Present options are NVLAP or A2LA.
