INSTRUCTIONS FOR GENERATING SELECTED FCC OET REPORTS ITEMS

The following is a list of fields that may be used to query the FCC Office of Engineering and Technology (OET) Database, depending on the report option selected. One or more fields may be specified to limit the amount of data returned. All fields are case insensitive.


Grantee Name: Name of the Grantee on file with FCC OET. You may enter the complete name or a portion of it. This is a wild card search to the right of the name entered.
Grantee Code: Three character alphanumeric string representing the Grantee/Applicant. The Grantee Code always begins with an alphabetic character and does not contain the numbers one and/or zero. This is a wildcard search to the right of the entered code.
City: The city where the Grantee is located. You may enter the complete name or a portion of it. This is a wild card search on both sides of the city name (or portion of the name).
State: The state where the Grantee is located. If the Grantee is located outside of the United States or its territories, leave this field blank.
Zip/Postal Code: The Grantee's five or nine-digit zip code if the Grantee is located in the United States or its territories. If the Grantee is located in a foreign country and has a postal code, you may enter it in place of a zip code. This is a wild card search on both sides of the zip code or portion of the zip code entered.
Country: The country where the Grantee is located.
