1. Pursuant to section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,

Commission appoints the Honorable Travis Kavulla, Commissioner, Montana Public Service
Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.

  This appointment 
fills the position recently vacated by the Honorable Orjiakor Isiogu, Chairman, Michigan Public Service 
Commission.  The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Chairman Isiogu to the 
work of the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.
2. Henceforth, a copy of all filings in this proceeding shall be served on Commissioner
