1. Pursuant to section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1 the 
Commission appoints the Honorable Larry S. Landis, Commissioner, Indiana Utility Regulatory 
Commission, to serve on the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.2 This appointment 
fills the position recently vacated by the Honorable Vendean V. Vafiades, Commissioner, Maine Public 
Utilities Commission.  The Commission gratefully acknowledges the contributions of Vendean V. 
Vafiades to the work of the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.
2. Henceforth, a copy of all filings in this proceeding shall be served on Larry S. Landis at
