By the Commission:
1. Pursuant to section 410(c) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended,1 the 
Commission appoints the Honorable Orjiakor Isiogu, Chairman, Michigan Public Service Commission, 
the Honorable Phil Montgomery, Chairman, Public Service Commission of Wisconsin, and the Honorable 
Vendean V. Vafiades, Commissioner, Maine Public Utilities Commission, to serve on the Federal-State 
Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.2 These appointments fill the positions recently vacated by the 
Honorable Steve Kolbeck, former Chairman, South Dakota Public Utilities Commission, the Honorable 
Anthony Palermino, Commissioner, Connecticut Department of Public Utility Control, and the Honorable 
Thomas W. Pugh, Commissioner, Minnesota Public Utilities Commission.  The Commission gratefully 
acknowledges the contributions of Steve Kolbeck, Anthony Palermino, and Thomas W. Pugh to the work 
of the Federal-State Joint Board on Jurisdictional Separations.
2. Henceforth, a copy of all filings in this proceeding shall be served on Orjiakor Isiogu, 
Phil Montgomery, and Vendean V. Vafiades at the following addresses:
