During his career in media spanning over 30 years, Mr. Yudkovitz has cultivated an extensive background in digital content distribution and corporate innovation. Mr. Yudkovitz served as Head of Strategic Innovation at the Walt Disney Company, where he led efforts to identify and develop new business opportunities for Disney across all of its product lines. Prior to his time with Disney, Mr. Yudkovitz worked at National Broadcasting Company (NBC), where he played an integral part in the development ofNBC's cable and digital platforms. During his time with NBC, Mr. Yudkovitz coordinated efforts that led to the formation of CNBC, NBC's first cable TV network; founded NBC Digital Media, which operated and managed the Channel's online presence; and spearheaded relations with Microsoft, culminating in the creation of MSNBC. Mr. Yudkovitz currently serves on the Board ofDirectors of Cincinnati Bell, where he address the supply side of broadband services. Mr. Yudkovitz's role on the Board centers on the development and deployment of high-speed broadband networks in the Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana areas. With experience on both sides of the telecommunications industry, Mr. Yudkovitz is well positioned to provide valuable insight to the BDAC as it seeks to realize its mission of accelerating the deployment of high-speed Internet access across the country.
