Dear Counsel:
This will confirm that, as discussed during a telephone conference with the parties on
August 14, the motion of defendant Virginia Electric and Power Company d/b/a Dominion
Virginia Power (Dominion) is granted to the extent that Dominion may have until October 19,
2015 to file its response to the complaint in the above action.1 While the parties did not discuss
the date Complainant's reply would be due, Commission rule 1.1407(a) provides that
"Complainant shall have 20 days from the date the response was filed within which to file a
reply."2 Accordingly, unless Commission staff rule otherwise, the reply is due November 9,
2015.
