I appreciate your views and efforts on getting residents and travelers emergency information during times of disaster. Your views are very important and will be included in the record of the proceeding and considered as part of the Commission's review. Last June, Commission staff met with representatives from Hudson County, as well as staff from various Congressional offices, to discuss Hudson's pending petition for reconsideration. During the COurseof the meeting, representatives of Hudson County indicated that they needed additional time to complete an interference field measurements study, as well as continue their discussions with the AM station WRCR. On November 25,2014, counsel to the County indicated that Station WRCR had orally consented to the County's request, and the County would file the written agreement as part of the record. Subsequent to your letter, Commission staff contacted the County concerning any additional information that they planned on submitting to the Commission. Most recently, on January 27, 2015, the County informed FCC staff that it expected a signed agreement and that it would file the agreement with the results of their field measurements to the Commission.
