Now, it’s great to see that real experiments are being proposed – and quickly. “Yesterday Iowa Network Services (INS) submitted a service-experiment proposal and we are also pleased to see interest in the numbering testbed. Next week, AT&T intends to submit its own service- experiment. And we are already beginning to receive expressions of interest from entities that wish to participate in our rural broadband targeted experiments. “All of these submissions are important steps in the Commission’s effort to determine how the IP transition can be conducted in a manner that preserves the enduring values of the Network Compact – universal service, public safety, competition and consumer protection.” -- FCC --
