Originally, comments and reply comments were due March 1 and March 18,2013, respectively. On February 25,2013, the Airline Owners and Pilots Association, Experimental Aircraft Association, General Aviation Manufacturers Association, and National Air Transportation Association requested a 60-day extension of the comment deadline in order to allow more time to review, discuss with their memberships, and respond to the Third Further Notice ofProposed Rule Making. On February 27, 2013, the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau's Mobility Division granted the request in part, extending the comment date to April I, 2013 and the reply comment date to May 1, 2013.
