Thank you for your follow-up letter regarding the status of applications pertaining to
spectrum that PacifiCorp intends to use in its private land mobile radio network. I am pleased to
report that Commission staff was able to resolve the complex issues underlying this licensing
maller. On April 4. 2012. the Commission's Wireless Telecommunications Bureau released an
Order renewing the MariTEL licenses. On April 6. 2012. the Bureau issued the licenses to
PacifiCorp.
