On March 19, 2012, the Telecommunications Access Policy Division of the Wireline 
Competition Bureau released an Order, DA 12-413, in the above-captioned proceeding.  This Erratum 
corrects the first sentence of paragraph 1 by replacing the word “eight” with “nine” and corrects the
