Petitioners request a stay, under the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651, and Fed. R. App. P. 21, of two decisions issued by the Media Bureau of the Federal Communications Commission. Intervenors also move to transfer this action to the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Upon due consideration, it is hereby ORDERED that the motion to transfer is DENIED, the request for a stay is DENIED, and the petition is DISMISSED. See In re World Trade Ctr.
