MMN devices have shown promise in cfinical trials as treatment for people with serious neuromuscular injuries and conditions, especially for our service men and women who h ve returned from war with life altering and debilitating injuries. Since I last wrote to you, there has been significant progress with the assessment of MM devices, and It Is my understanding the FCC is nearing a point where spectrum may be all cated for these devices. Given the benefits MMN technology potentially offers, please keep me apprised of your commission's progress In this important area. Thank you for your atten Ion to my request. Sincerely, -.cz...z ........ ~~ United States Senator
