This Erratum amends the NPRM as follows: 1. Section heading 2 on page 10 is corrected to read as “Federal Trade Commission.” 2. In paragraph 94 each occurrence of “258” is replaced with “301, 303, 332.” 3. In footnote 163, on page 32, “Zauderer v. Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 471 U.S. 626, 637 (1985)” is corrected to read as “citing Zauderer v. Office of Disciplinary Counsel, 471 U.S. 626, 651 (1985).” 4.
