The due dates for comments and reply comments were November 22, 2002 and December 9, 2002, respectively. By Order adopted November 19, 2002, the Consumer & Governmental Affairs Bureau (CGB) granted, in part, and denied, in part, a motion filed by the American Teleservices Association (ATA) to extend the period of time for filing comments and reply comments. The comment deadline has been extended until December 9, 2002. The reply comment date has been extended until January 8, 2003. Comments should be filed according to the instructions provided in the NPRM.
