NEVADA BELL'S 
COST ALLOCATION MANUAL
On October 29, 1997, Nevada Bell (Nevada) filed a transmittal letter matrix to replace 
the matrix that accompanied its December 31, 1996, Cost Allocation Manual (CAM) filing. 
The new matrix provides quantification of data related to the deregulation of payphone 
telephone service. This data was omitted from the December 31, 1996 filing.
Interested parties may file comments on the proposed revisions no later than 
November 21, 1997. Replies should be filed by December 8, 1997. Comments should 
reference file number A AD 97-112. A copy of each pleading should be sent to Ed Dashkin, 
FCC Common Carrier Bureau, 2000 L Street, N.W., Room 812, Washington, D.C. 20554 
and the International Transcription Service (ITS), 1231 20th Street, N.W., Washington, D.C. 
20036. Copies are available for public inspection and copying in the Accounting and Audits
