ORDER, AUTHORIZATION AND CERTIFICATE Adopted: January 18, 1996; Released: January 29, 1996 By the Chief, Telecommunications Division: 1. Upon consideration of the above-captioned uncontested application, filed by American Telephone and Telegraph Company (AT&T) pursuant to Section 214 of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the present and future public convenience and necessity require the provision of direct service by AT&T to all the points underlined and bolded in the attached Appendix. 2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED that application File No. I-T-C-95-558 IS GRANTED, and AT&T's blanket au­ thorizations to lease and operate satellite voice-grade cir­ cuits via appropriate INTELSAT satellites between the United States and various overseas points 1 are further amended and combined into the current authorization to include all points listed in the attached Appendix. 3.
