Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat License LLC
On July 30, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to
conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 34 space station at the 51.5° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425
MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands.
Intelsat was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 34 space station to maintain Intelsat 34
during IOT at the 51.5° W.L. orbital location, and to effect the drift of Intelsat 34 to the 55.5° W.L. orbital location upon completion of IOT,
using the following center frequencies:  3949 MHz, 3949.5 MHz, 3950.5 MHz, and 3951 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3
MHz (Earth-to-space).

Special Temporary Authority
Satellite CD Radio LLC
On July 30, 2015, the Satellite Division granted special temporary authority to Satellite CD Radio LLC, for a period of 30 days, to operate the
FM-1, FM-2, and FM-3 non-geostationary satellite orbit spacecraft with relaxed orbital parameters as a result of suspension of certain
station-keeping maneuvers.

The Satellite Division has determined that DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has met the fourth milestone - launch and begin operations -
associated with its authorization for the DIRECTV KU-79W space station (Call Sign 2861).  Accordingly, DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC has
satisfied all of its milestone requirements and may remove the bond for this authorization.as provided in Amendment of the Commission's
