S2915SAT-STA-20150701-00040 E Effective Date: 07/30/2015Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat License LLC On July 30, 2015, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to Intelsat License LLC, for a period of 30 days, to conduct in-orbit testing of the Intelsat 34 space station at the 51.5° W.L. orbital location using the 3700-4200 MHz (space-to-Earth), 5925-6425 MHz (Earth-to-space), 11.45-11.7 GHz (space-to-Earth), 11.7-12.2 GHz (space-to-Earth), and 14.0-14.5 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. Intelsat was also authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations with the Intelsat 34 space station to maintain Intelsat 34 during IOT at the 51.5° W.L. orbital location, and to effect the drift of Intelsat 34 to the 55.5° W.L. orbital location upon completion of IOT, using the following center frequencies: 3949 MHz, 3949.5 MHz, 3950.5 MHz, and 3951 MHz (space-to-Earth); and 6173.7 MHz and 6176.3 MHz (Earth-to-space).
