Skynet is authorized to operate Telstar 12V in the 10.95-12.2 GHz, 12.5-12.75 GHz, 18.3-19.1 GHz and 19.7-20.2 GHz (space-to-Earth); 13.0-13.25 GHz, 13.75-14.5 GHz, 28.35-28.9 GHz, and 29.25-30.0 GHz (Earth-to-space) frequency bands. In addition, Skynet is authorized to conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations using the following center frequencies: 14497.6 MHz, 14499.6 MHz, 11700 MHz, and 11701 MHz. BSSNET2A-111W will operate under the authority of the Netherlands at the 110.9° W.L. orbital location, which is offset 0.1° from the 111° W.L. location specified in Appendix F to the 17/24 GHz BSS Report and Order, FCC 07-76, 22 FCC Rcd 8842 (rel. May 4, 2007). The BSSNET2A-111W space station will operate using the 17.3-17.7 GHz (space-to-Earth) and 24.75-25.15 GHz frequency bands, at reduced power and without full interference protection, and conduct telemetry, tracking, and command operations at the following center frequencies: 17.303 GHz and 17.306 GHz (space-to-Earth); 24.753 GHz and 24.755 GHz (Earth-to-space).
