PUBLIC SAFETY AND HOMELAND SECURITY BUREAU ANNOUNCES
REGION 25 (MONTANA) 700 MHZ AND 800 MHZ REGIONAL PLANNING COMMITTEES 
TO HOLD MEETINGS
PR Docket No. 92-267 and WT Docket 02-378
The Region 25 (Montana) Regional Planning Committees (RPCs) will hold two consecutive 
planning meetings on Thursday, October 15, 2015.  Beginning at 3:00 p.m. (MST), the 700 MHz RPC 
will convene at the Montana Highway Patrol, Conference Room, 2550 Prospect Avenue, Helena, 
Montana 59620.  A conference call line will be available for those who cannot attend in person.  Call-in

The agenda for the Region 25 700 MHz meeting includes: 
? Introductions 
? RPC 25 700 MHz Membership Review 
? Election of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary 
? Review of the 700 MHz Plan 
? Adoption of revised plan
? New Business 
? Public Comment
Immediately following the 700 MHz RPC meeting, the 800 MHz RPC meeting will convene at
the same location.
The agenda for the Region 25 800 MHz RPC meeting includes: 
? Introductions 
? RPC 25 800 MHz Membership Review 
? Election of Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary 
? Review of 800 MHz Plan 
? Discussion on proposed plan changes 
? New Business 
? Public Comment 
Both Region 25 RPC meetings are open to the public.  All eligible public safety providers in 
Region 25 may utilize these frequencies.  It is essential that eligible public safety agencies in all areas of 
government, including state, municipality, county, and Native American Tribal be represented in order to 
ensure that each agency’s future spectrum needs are considered in the allocation process.  Administrators 
who are not oriented in the communications field should delegate someone with this knowledge to attend, 
participate, and represent their agency’s needs.
All interested parties wishing to participate in planning for the use of public safety spectrum in 
the 700 MHz and 800 MHz bands within Region 25 should plan to attend.  For further information, please
