On August 6, 2015, the Federal Communications Commission adopted a Report and Order, 
Order on Reconsideration, and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking regarding promoting the 
transitions from networks based on time-division multiplexed circuit-switched voice services running on 
copper loops to all-Internet Protocol multimedia networks using a variety of physical infrastructure
(Emerging Wireline Networks and Services FNPRM) by protecting consumers and preserving 
competition.

  The Emerging Wireline Networks and Services FNPRM set deadlines for filing comments 
and reply comments at 30 and 60 days after publication in the Federal Register.
On September 25, 2015, a summary of the Emerging Wireline Networks and Services FNPRM
was published in the Federal Register.

  Accordingly, comments will be due on or before October 26, 
2015, and reply comments will be due on or before November 24, 2015.  The Emerging Wireline 
Networks and Services FNPRM sets forth the comment filing instructions.
