On April 23, 2014, the Commission adopted a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking
(FNPRM) in GN Docket No. 12-354 seeking comment on proposed rules for a new Citizens 
Broadband Radio Service in the 3550-3650 MHz band.

  Consistent with the comment cycle 
established by the FNPRM, comments must be filed on or before July 14, 2014 and reply 
comments must be filed on or before August 1, 2014.  Comments may be submitted consistent 
with the instructions set forth in the FNPRM.
