September 11, 2014 VIA ECFS William T. Lake Chief, Media Bureau Federal Communications Commission 445 12th Street, SW Washington, DC 20554 RE: Confidentiality of Retransmission Consent Agreements MB Docket No. 14-57 Dear Mr. Lake, It has come to the attention of the undersigned television broadcasters that the Commission is requesting that Time Warner Cable and Comcast Corporation submit highly confidential retransmission consent agreements in unredacted form in a manner that will be available to outside counsel of parties to the above-referenced proceeding. Given the large number of parties to this proceeding, we have many concerns about the potential widespread dissemination of these extremely competitively sensitive documents, even if only among outside counsel. The undersigned broadcasters therefore support the contention that the Commission should review such materials in its consultation with the U.S. Department of Justice (which already possesses such documents), rather than potentially further disseminating these extremely sensitive documents. Should you have any questions regarding this correspondence, please feel free to contact Joshua Pila at Joshua.Pila@linmedia.com. Very Truly Yours, /s/ Joshua N. Pila, Esq.
