NOTICE OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF FY 2014 REGULATORY FEES 
ASSOCIATED WITH WIRELESS APPLICATION FEES 
The Commission’s FY 2014 Assessment and Collection of Regulatory Fees, Report and Order 
and Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, FCC 14-129, MD Docket No. 14-92, MD Docket 
No. 13-140, and MD Docket No. 12-201 was published in the Federal Register today on 
September 11, 2014 (79 FR 54190 (September 11, 2014).  As a result, FY 2014 regulatory fees 
are now effective, which includes annual FY 2014 regulatory fees, which are due on September 
23, 2014, and the regulatory fees associated with new and renewal of multi-year wireless fees 
(e.g. microwave, Land Mobile, Aviation, etc.).  The Wireless Fee Filing Guide has been updated 
and can be viewed at http://www.fcc.gov/encyclopedia/application-processing-fees.
