Interested parties are invited to file informal public comment on the qualifications of this applicant as an 
accounting authority. Comments are due April 29, 2013 and reply comments are due May 14, 2013 days 
from the date of this Public Notice. All comments will be reviewed in accordance with guidelines 
established by the Commission in 47 C.F.R. § 3.29.
