The Federal Communications Commission’s (Commission’s) Consumer and Governmental Affairs 
Bureau released a Public Notice on February 21, 2012, listing individual petitions for exemption from the 
Commission’s closed captioning rules that were dismissed on January 18, 2012.1 Abundant Faith Christian 
Center, Case Identifier CGB-CC-0137, in Springfield, Illinois was inadvertently listed as being dismissed.  
Abundant Faith Christian Center’s petition for exemption is considered pending before the Commission as of 
December 8, 2011.
