(TWC), a facilities-based provider of voice services. 1 TWC seeks forbearance from enforcement of section 214(e)(5) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended, and section 54.207 of the Commission’s rules, so that it may seek designation as an eligible telecommunications carrier for the limited purpose of participating in the Lifeline program without seeking redefinition of its designated service areas. 2 Pursuant to sections 1.415 and 1.419 of the Commission’s rules, interested parties may file comments and reply comments on or before the dates indicated above.
