On December 27, 2011, the Satellite Division consented to the transfer of the C- and Ku-band Intelsat 603 space station, authorized to operate by
the Federal Communications Commission, from Intelsat License LLC to Intelsat Global Sales & Marketing Ltd., for operations at the 11.5º E.L.
orbital location under authorization from the Office of Communications of the United Kingdom and the UK Space Agency.  Consent to this
transfer becomes effective at 05:01 AM GMT, January 1, 2012, at which time Intelsat's FCC authorization for Intelsat 603 is terminated.
