On March 8, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of DIRECTV Enterprises, LLC for special temporary authority to
conduct telemetry, tracking and telecommand operations on the 29255.00 MHz and 29497.00 MHz command uplinks, and the 18302.25 MHz and
18302.75 MHz telemetry downlinks, during the drift of the DIRECTV 12/RB-2A satellite to its authorized 102.765º W.L. orbital location.

Special Temporary Authority
Intelsat North America LLC
On March 11, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority for
100 days to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) frequencies to relocate the Galaxy 27 space station to the 45.10º E.L. orbital
location from its currently assigned orbital location of 129.0º W.L.  During the drift, Intelsat will use  the following frequencies: telecommand -
6423 MHz; telemetry - 4199.5 MHz. The disposition of the Galaxy 27 license will be addressed in connection with a separate application.  See

Special Temporary Authority
DISH Operating L.L.C.
On March 11, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating L.L.C. for a period of 60 days,
commencing on March 20, 2010, to conduct in-orbit testing of the EchoStar 14 satellite at the 138.5° W.L. orbital location using the 12.1-12.7 and
17.3-17.8 GHz frequency bands and, once testing is complete, to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand frequencies in order to drift
EchoStar 14 to its assigned 118.9° W.L. orbital location. See DISH Operating L.L.C., Order and Authorization, DA 10-407 (March 10, 2010).
