S2159SAT-STA-20100105-00004 E Effective Date: 03/11/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority Intelsat North America LLC On March 11, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, the request of Intelsat North America LLC for special temporary authority for 100 days to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand (TT&C) frequencies to relocate the Galaxy 27 space station to the 45.10º E.L. orbital location from its currently assigned orbital location of 129.0º W.L. During the drift, Intelsat will use the following frequencies: telecommand - 6423 MHz; telemetry - 4199.5 MHz. S2790SAT-STA-20100219-00032 E Effective Date: 03/11/2010Grant of Authority Special Temporary Authority DISH Operating L.L.C. On March 11, 2010, the Satellite Division granted, with conditions, special temporary authority to DISH Operating L.L.C. for a period of 60 days, commencing on March 20, 2010, to conduct in-orbit testing of the EchoStar 14 satellite at the 138.5° W.L. orbital location using the 12.1-12.7 and 17.3-17.8 GHz frequency bands and, once testing is complete, to operate telemetry, tracking, and telecommand frequencies in order to drift EchoStar 14 to its assigned 118.9° W.L. orbital location.
