ORDER ON FURTHER RECONSIDERATION

By the Deputy Chief, Mobility Division, Wireless Telecommunications Bureau:
1. This Order on Further Reconsideration summarily dismisses a petition, filed by Warren 
C. Havens and related parties,1 for reconsideration of the Commission’s Order on Reconsideration in this 
proceeding.2 The Order on Reconsideration dismissed a repetitious petition for reconsideration.  The 
Commission noted that the above-captioned applications had been the subject of twelve orders at the 
Division, Bureau, and Commission level, and stated that it would give no further consideration to this 
matter and directed the staff to dismiss summarily any subsequent pleadings filed by Havens or related 
parties with respect to these applications or the authority requested therein.3 Consequently, we dismiss 
the petition for reconsideration of the Order on Reconsideration.  
2. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED pursuant to Sections 4(i), 5(c), and 405 of the 
Communications Act of 1934, as amended, 47 U.S.C. §§ 154(i), 155(c), and 405(a), and Section 1.106 of 
the Commission’s Rules, 47 C.F.R. § 1.106, that the Petition for Reconsideration filed by Warren C. 
Havens, AMTS Consortium LLC, Intelligent Transportation & Monitoring Wireless LLC, Telesaurus 
VPC LLC, and Skybridge Spectrum Foundation on February 16, 2010 IS DISMISSED.
